Anne’s class is a supportive, contemplative, all-level class emphasizing spacious mind and deep awareness of Body, Breath, Feeling Tones, and Being.  The practice includes: gentle long-held passive poses (Yin yoga), Traditional Hatha, Slow-flow, Restorative, Breath Work, guided Deep Relaxation, and Insight Wisdom Meditation.  

Anne’s teaching style is caring, compassionate, articulate, and saturated with deep, often humorous, wisdom teachings from all traditions.

She has taught Yoga and Meditation since 1971 in Aspen, and Marin County, Ca. Her Yoga background is grounded in the teachings of Swami Satchitananda, Shivananda, BKS Iyengar, and Meher Baba.  She has been a devoted teacher of Buddhist Meditation and Dharma teachings in the Zen and Mahayana tradition for 35 years.
